With a challenging year coming to a close we are proud to say that the following sites have been completed this year; hopefully with happy residents moved in and settled for the festive season………The Cot at Burton Bradstock: Just 2 spectacular 5 bed detached houses.  The Flax Mill: A select development of Mill building conversions and new build homes within the beautiful coastal village of Burton Bradstock. Little Hedges: Just two houses of different styles within walking distance to the sea at Charmouth.  Priory Mills: This was a complex conversion project to convert a large Mill building to Apartments within the town of Bridport along with 5 new build houses.  Wyvern Park:  This year sees the completion of our large site in Exeter, 136 homes now completed.  Area 293, Poundbury:  Yet another section of the urban extension to Dorchester completed this year with all Apartments and the cottage now occupied.

Going into the New Year we are looking ahead with new developments already underway in Langport, Somerset and at Poundbury, Dorchester we have areas 299, 305 & 306 on the Bridport road.  Clay Lane in Beaminster is nearing completion; this has been a complex site for the construction team with fairly tight access so just approaching a stage that it can be released for sale.  The first two properties at Flower Meadow are complete and certainly show what a fabulous site this is going to be when the remaining eight are built.
