Foss Orchard, Chideock

This site was a former garage, where we worked with the land owner to obtain planning permission. Work included ground remediation and the removal of petrol storage tanks and existing buildings.
The site consists of 8 cottage style properties built of stone and render with a mix of slate, tile and thatched roofs. We also provided an area for a village car park.
