Planning Information

The planning system is becoming increasingly complex and the plans, information and reports needed to support even straightforward planning applications can be daunting. C G Fry & Son employs David Lohfink BSc(Hons), MA, MRTPI as its Land and Planning Manager so allowing the company to provide a full planning service to its clients.

David has 20 years experience in all aspects of planning having been previously employed as a Planning Officer for various District Councils, a planning consultant and then a Development Manager for a small house-building company.

David's presence within the company allows us to give clients a "one stop shop" for their project from inception (and any planning issues the project raises), through the preparation and submission of planning and related applications to the discharge of planning conditions once permission has been granted. We can also deal with Planning Appeals if an application is refused.
