The North East Quadrant: a distinctive addition to the Poundbury townscape.
It is now twenty years since Poundbury first began to take shape. In that twenty years the dream of a ground-breaking new urban extension to Dorchester has become a triumphant reality, with new home buyers becoming part of an already established community.
As ever in Poundbury, the latest quota of new homes are a mix of classical and vernacular in style and range from classically designed five bedroom houses to one bedroom apartments. Some have views over the Great Field, Poundbury's major open space, others look north to Dorset's rolling hills.
Plans and elevation drawings of the North East Quadrant can be viewed in the CG Fry sales office in Queen Mother Square.
