Detailed planning permission is due in Autumn 2016 and it is anticipated that we will commence building in Autumn 2017, with the first completions due early 2018.
CHAGFORD, Devon - Bellacouch Meadows
A stunning development of around 90 dwellings in this former stannary town on Dartmoor. The scheme has been the result of extensive collaboration with the local community, Parish Council and Dartmoor National Park Authority and a “masterplan” was approved in March 2014. We anticipate our build team starting to build in Summer 2017 and our first completions due Summer 2018.
CHICKERELL, Dorset – Bank & Ridge Farms
A scheme for around 300 dwellings on the northern edge of Chickerell being promoted for allocation in the new Local Plan. We are aiming to conclude the planning process by the end of 2017 with the site due in Summer 2018.
MERE, Wiltshire - Hill Brush
Planning permission has now been granted for 134 dwellings. The existing commercial operator will move to a new purpose-built unit on the edge of the town in 2017 and our build team is then likely to start building in late 2017 / early 2018.
ROMSEY, Hampshire - North Baddesley
An outline planning application for 300 dwellings on this allocated site was submitted in October 2016 and we hope the planning process will be concluded by the end of 2017 for our construction team to start in 2018.
PORTESHAM, Dorset - Malthouse Meadow
A development of 22 dwellings off the popular existing close known as Malthouse Meadow at the western end of this village on the “coast road” between Bridport and Weymouth. A planning application was submitted in September 2014 for our construction team to commence on site in Summer 2017 with our first completions due late Spring / early Summer 2018.
SHEPTON MALLET, Somerset
A scheme of around 600 dwellings at Cannards Grave Road on the southern side of the town. This site is allocated for development in the adopted Mendip Local Plan and community engagement and consultation took place during Summer 2016. We are still at a very early stage and it is likely to take another 18 months - 2 years to get the planning permission in place.
WELLINGTON, Somerset - Jurston Farm
This is a significant development of around 650 dwellings with a local centre, open space and a new primary school on the eastern edge of the town. Outline planning permission was granted in December 2015 and, following further community consultation, a detailed application for Phase 1 was submitted in September 2016. The site start date is expected in Summer / Autumn 2017, which should mean our first units will be available for sale in Autumn 2018.
