INTRODUCTION

The information booklet produced by your warranty provider has helpful hints in both ‘running in’ your new home and taking care of it over many years. If, however, you have any questions and require assistance at any time please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your new home is made up of hundreds of different materials – many of them natural – so there will be different shades, textures, and graining variations. There is an element of ongoing maintenance, while your new home undergoes its ‘running in’ period and it’s vital that you allow for this in the first few months.

You have a 2-year warranty with C G Fry, but this does not include the general maintenance of your new home. Minor cracking is not covered under the warranty.

Your warranty booklet should be read carefully upon receipt as this will answer many of the questions you are likely to have in the first months of living in your new home.
