INTRODUCTION

C G Fry & Son is a family owned business with its roots firmly established in Dorset. Our developments are designed individually so that, when completed, they harmonise with surrounding architecture. Put simply, this means that C G Fry & Son homes ‘fit’ within their surroundings, look established and quickly become a natural part of existing architecture.

This is because we pay huge attention to homes, architectural details and materials in the streets, villages and towns which are close to our developments. Many of our houses are built from natural local stone. Some have tiled roofs, some slate and some beautiful honey coloured thatch. We pay attention to existing window styles, entrance doors, roof lines, chimneys and period detailing.

Our aim is to build individual homes which, as a group, complement each other and result in successful and welcoming new communities.
