The couple couldn't believe their luck when they stumbled upon their stunning new CG Fry & Son home after deciding to ‘pop into Cg Fry & Sons Marketing office’

“Initially we were viewing a couple of privately owned resale properties on the market but having some spare time decided to pop into CG Fry & Son’s marketing office located in Poundbury to register our interest - and that’s when we met Tracey (Sales Negotiator). We immediately struck gold in so far as Tracey took the time to listen and understand our property and lifestyle needs for our next home. Tracey shared the details of two properties she felt offered everything we wanted and whisked us off to view them. Tracey was absolutely right; the properties were stunning and within moments of viewing them agreed they offered us everything we had hoped to find in our next home. We had a preference for one of the properties and rather than risk losing it to other potential buyers we paid a reservation fee to secure it.
As we had sold our property with a completion date fixed, we were keen to complete our purchase as soon as possible. Our purchase was achieved in just over 5 weeks (this included the festive close down holiday). We are very grateful to CG Fry & Son Ltd team and their contractors for progressing and finishing our home to meet both NHBC and local authority sign off certification status to enable our purchase to proceed and conclude so quickly.
On the day we took ownership of our new home we met Don who completed our home demonstration appointment. Don took time to explain all the build key feature's and how to get the best efficiency out of the heating and water systems and security features of locks / key security along with the alarm.
We are so impressed with the design, quality fixtures and fittings and fully understand why CG Fry & Son have been awarded so many building awards - thoroughly deserved. We would definitely recommend home ownership with them - great team effort.
Moving to Poundbury has been such a positive experience - very welcoming - some great local walks and amenities. Excited about our future and enjoying our retirement.”
