Being such a lovely development and keen to remain in Wellington, he commissioned C G Fry and Son to design and build a bespoke house at the entrance to the site with an area of land he still owns. Mr Hill worked closely with the in-house design team to create his ideal home. The spacious detached house certainly makes an impressive entrance to phase one of the development.
Being a successful, local businessman, Mr Hill certainly recognises good quality, and he is now one of the development’s best advocates. Even one of his previous housing customers has now bought a house on the development and he has introduced many others to the site.
