The New Homes Ombudsman Service offers an Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme for properties under the New Homes Quality Code. This free and independent service addresses unresolved issues within two years from reservation or legal completion. Prior to contacting the Ombudsman, please adhere to our complaints procedure.
