New Technology Block, Castle School, Taunton

A new state of the art Technology block provides two large Design & Technology classrooms for theory and design work as well as practical lessons. This allows students to flourish in a unique environment, enabling them to develop a wide range of skills in Key Stages 3 and 4. Students can then build on their knowledge and understanding using the CAD/CAM, laser cutters, lathes and the 3D printer to create their individual exam coursework.
Upstairs there are three bright and airy classrooms, one of which is an IT suite, each designed to provide a great learning environment for students.
