Key features at Welborne

CG Fry will be creating a stunning collection of high quality homes, featuring 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, plus 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom properties.

 

Thoughtfully planned with a landscape-led design, over 50 per cent of Welborne will be green space.
