Current Consultations

Wey Valley, Nottington Lane, Weymouth

This is a "drop-in" style consultation event for the local community to view and comment on our proposals for Phases 1 and 2 of our Wey Valley site off Nottington Lane and Dorchester Road, Weymouth.

The event takes place at Redlands Sports Centre, Dorchester Road, Weymouth DT3 5AW from 2.00pm to 7.30pm on Wednesday 12th June 2019.

The proposed planning application will be for Phases 1 and 2 and deals with the details of the scheme (for example, siting, layout, design and materials). The principle of developing the site for housing has already been established by the grant of outline planning permission.
