Back to NewsFriday the 24th June saw CG Fry and Son hold its first ever ‘Fryday’. All staff from across the regions including Development and Contracting came together at Bredy Farm for a day of team building and fun provided by The Team Building Company. The day’s events saw 20 teams take part in a crystal maze challenge to solve a series of puzzles to find the ultimate winner. The evening entertainment started with music from local band The Skalatans who got the party started despite the torrential rain. After a busy day food was welcome and a great spread was put on by The Parlour, followed by more music at The Shed which wrapped up the festivities, although some braved the classic British weather and stayed in lovely bell tents, provided last minute by Dorset Bell Tents. The event was planned as a thank you to CG Fry employees for all their hard work and dedication throughout the last 2 years of challenging times. Managing Director Philip Fry said “It was really good to see the whole company come together to take part in this event, the smiles, fun and camaraderie was great to see. I am hugely proud of all the work that CG Fry staff put into their roles to achieve wonderful outcomes for our clients and this event was a small gesture to say thank you"
