CG Fry & Son raises over £1,500 for Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning

Dorset-based housebuilder, CG Fry & Son, has raised over £1,500 by hosting events as part of Macmillan Cancer Support’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning.

The events were recently held across their housing developments in Dorset, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and Wiltshire.

Caroline Hill, Sales and Marketing Manager for CG Fry & Son, said: “We have previously supported this wonderful charity, so we were delighted to do so again this year.

“Our head office raised an incredible £352.15, almost doubling the previous amount last year. The sales teams across our developments in the South West also came together and did a fantastic job of adding to our total.”

Macmillan is almost entirely funded by donations and simply cannot support the growing number of people with cancer who need them without the public’s help. The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is Macmillan’s biggest fundraising event and individuals and companies all over the UK host their own coffee mornings to raise money for the charity.

CG Fry & Son is currently building developments across the region, including its Woodlands development in Mere, Wiltshire. The carefully planned development boasts a collection of spacious two, three and four-bedroom houses. Purchasers who make the decision to buy now could be in a wonderful CG Fry & Son home in time for Christmas.
