Steve's unwavering dedication has earned him this prestigious title, for the 7th time, highlighting his excellence in constructing homes of exceptional quality. This recognition follows a year-long, meticulous judging process that included three previous stages.
The Pride in the Job Awards represent the highest honour a site manager can attain and are often referred to as the Oscars of the House Building industry. The rigorous evaluation process involves assessing finalists in six key areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise, and health and safety.
These awards are crucial to NHBC's mission of instilling consumer confidence in the quality of new build homes.
Construction Director Kevin Murch shared his thoughts:
