First time buyers find their dream home at Stoke Meadow.

First time buyers Coral & Joshua found their dream first home in a great location at Stoke Meadow in Calne, taking advantage of the Government backed Help to Buy scheme.

Coral and Joshua, who have been together for 5 years, started their search 2 years ago after moving in with family to save for their first home.

When asked what sold their new home to them, they said “The kitchen, we always wanted a big and bright kitchen that leads on to the garden”.

Adding that “CG Fry homes are different to any other new builds we had seen and have their unique character”.

Praising their purchase, they said “Our new home journey has been amazing, from viewing the plot, all the way to exchange Jonathan has been brilliant and kept us up to date with how the house was progressing throughout”.

Sales and Marketing Director, Caroline Hill, said “Buying your first home is exciting but can be daunting. We are so pleased that Coral and Joshua found their dream home with us and we wish them many happy years in their new home”.

Using the Help to Buy scheme, first time buyers can secure their new home with just a 5 per cent deposit and a 75 per cent mortgage. The remaining 20 percent is paid off as an equity loan, which remains interest free for the first five years. Find out more here
