Marcus said: : “I am very pleased to receive this award in recognition of the continued efforts we make to provide all our customers with the best possible experience when buying their new home.”

“We are thrilled that Marcus secured the gold award, winning out of all the agents in town. He is very good at what he does and offering the best experience for his customers is hugely important to him.”

CG Fry & Son are part of a consortium of South West companies who are building Nansledan with the Duchy of Cornwall.

Philip Fry, Managing Director of CG Fry & Son, said: “As part of the consortium here at Nansledan, we are building homes for the future, where people can be part of a community and Marcus and his team are a crucial part of that. Marcus’ award win is a true testament to his hard work and dedication to Nansledan.”

Nansledan is being developed on Duchy-owned land to the east of Newquay and will eventually comprise around 4,000 homes mixed with retail, offices, workshops, green spaces and a range of community facilities. It is being built by a consortium of South West building companies which includes CG Fry & Sons, Wainhomes and Morrish Homes.

Work on Nansledan began in 2014 and the development is already home to more than 800 residents plus shops and offices.
