The Bridport sales office which opened on the 18th August is to support Fry’s new small development called ‘North Grove’, located off North Mills Road and Victoria Grove. The development of 15 three, and four-bedroom semi, and detached houses comprises of 11 private homes. The four remaining properties are affordable homes being constructed on behalf of the Yarlington Housing Group.
Kevin Murch, Construction Director C G Fry & Son Ltd says: “We are excited about this new site which is a small development of just 15 homes. This includes four affordable homes with the Yarlington Housing Group who we have worked with many times. We felt it beneficial to have a separate sales office to make it more visible and accessible and the site is only a few minutes’ walk from Bridport High Street.”
