CG Fry & Son launched the homes at its Nansledan development in Newquay on December 28 and many people from the surrounding area have since visited to explore the two four-bedroom properties.
Caroline Hill, Sales and Marketing Director for CG Fry & Son, said: “Many local people used the downtime between Christmas and New Year to come along to our launch event with their families and absorb what we are offering at our Nansledan development.

The Stepping Stones scheme, also known as the Assisted Sales Scheme, allows buyers to trade up, down or sideways with the help of CG Fry & Son and motivated estate agents.
When using the scheme, buyers can choose their new home before CG Fry & Son arranges for independent estate agent valuations of their existing property and gives the buyer £2000 towards estate agent fees.
A realistic asking price is agreed and the property is marketed for that value, with CG Fry & Son working closely with the agents to ensure that the property is advertised regularly.
Once the property has been reserved, solicitors are instructed to act on the buyers’ behalf, leaving them free to reserve their new CG Fry & Son home.

Nansledan is a 540-acre extension to Newquay, which is being led by the Duchy of Cornwall. CG Fry & Son is building a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes designed for a variety of buyers at different stages on the property ladder.
