Housebuilder CG Fry & Son has seen three of its site managers announced as winners of the first round of the prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Awards.
Steve Walker, Site Manager at Poundbury, Dorchester; Brendan Leech, Site Manager at Nansledan, Newquay, and Nathan Pyett at Grey's Field, Chickerell, have been hand-picked for their excellent standards on site.
Recognised within the house building industry as the highest accolade a site manager can receive; the Pride in the Job Awards have seen the CG Fry & Son site managers selected from 16,000 across the UK.
The three winners will now go on to compete for the Seal of Excellence and South West Regional Winner titles with other site managers across the South West. The winners will be announced in September.
Each site manager is assessed across 37 areas of site management, including their technical knowledge, consistency in the build process and the quality controls they have in place.
Kevin Murch, Construction Director for CG Fry & Son commented, “We are extremely pleased that our site managers are being recognised for the quality of work being produced on their sites.”
“Winning three NHBC quality awards has again confirmed as a company we are achieving our main aim in delivering quality homes to our purchasers.”
