The Land Department at C G Fry and Son are focussed on finding and securing new land for the Business.  We have an experienced and approachable team who are always keen to hear from landowners, agents or delivery partners regarding any new land opportunities.   

C G Fry and Son have developed an unrivalled track record throughout the South West (and beyond), of promoting land in a collaborative and sensitive way.  Our preference is to work with landowners to deliver well designed places and high quality new homes that people can be proud of.  

We have developed a flexible approach to land acquisition, allowing us to tailor proposals that best suit the individual circumstances of each site.  This can include Option Agreements, Joint Ventures, Conditional Contracts or Freehold purchases depending on the nature of the opportunity.
