The Planning Department deals with all aspects of the planning process, from the promotion of sites through the Local Plan process through to planning applications. The Department also provides the rest of the business with planning advice supporting the sales, contracting and development activities. The Department works proactively with all stakeholders in the process including landowners and their agents, local communities and their representatives and statutory and non-statutory consultees. CG Fry now has an excellent reputation for the quality of its community and stakeholder engagement and the quality of its planning submissions to local planning authorities. High quality engagement results in higher quality schemes and a better understanding of a community’s concerns and requirements.
