For an amazing 15th consecutive year, regional Housebuilder CG Fry & Son are once again celebrating an award-winning site manager at the highly regarded NHBC Pride in the Jobs Awards last week.
For the first time in two years the site managers gathered at the awards ceremony held in Bournemouth on Friday 12th November, in CG Fry’s home county of Dorset. Steve Walker from Northern Quadrant in Poundbury was awarded a Seal of Excellence award. This was awarded to the 19 top site mangers from the 53 site managers who won a Quality Award in the Regional ceremonies in June. Steve also for an amazing 8th year running went on to win the regional award for the medium builder category. He will now be competing for the title of supreme award winner in this category which will be held in London in January 2022.

Winning site managers are judged on specific criteria which is consistent in delivering the highest standards, attention to detail in all areas of their work, technical expertise on site, leadership skills, accurate interpretation of drawings and specifications and excellent Health & Safety. These site managers demonstrate incredible passion, dedication, commitment and leadership to produce homes of exceptional quality.
