Back to NewsTaunton School were tremendously proud to have welcomed HRH The Princess Royal for a short tour of the school, including the Chapel, CCF and Design Technology department. She also officially opened the new dining facility, which was recently completed by our Contracting team. The state-of-the-art dining hall with a large modern kitchen can now accommodate their whole school community. The light and spacious facility provides a welcoming environment for pupils to enjoy their meals and is a central hub for dining in the heart of this historic school. The new facility will also be available to the wider community for events and functions and as a result of its flexible space and size, will be one of the largest hospitality events spaces in the area.
