Site Manager recognised at national building awards

A CG Fry & Son Site Manager has been recognised by the building industry for his excellent work in Poundbury.

Stephen Walker, Site Manager at The North East Quadrant, Poundbury in Dorchester was runner up for the Supreme Awards for Medium Builder at the NHBC Pride in the Job awards ceremony held on Friday 26th January at a gala celebration in London.

The ceremony recognises the very best Site Managers in the industry and this year’s winners and four runners-up were selected from more than 16,000 sites across the UK. The winners and runners-up must have shown the judges true dedication and demonstrated their hard work and tenacity to ensure people benefit from the highest quality new build homes.

Stephen, said: “I am incredibly proud to have made it to the final eight in the Supreme Awards. It is thanks to the team at Poundbury whose hard work has made this possible.”

The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards recognises the country’s best Site Managers and is the housebuilding industry’s most prestigious award programme.
