Wey Valley, Nottington Lane, Weymouth - Phase 3

This is an "online” consultation event for the local community to view and comment on our proposals for Phase 3 (the final phase) of our Wey Valley site off Nottington Lane and Dorchester Road, Weymouth.

The consultation deals with the details of the scheme (for example, siting, layout, design and materials). The principle of developing the site for housing has already been well established by the grant of outline planning permission and the detailed permission for the first two phases.
