This site is a collaboration with Wyatt Homes, Morrish Builders and the landowner, Ashfield Estate. On the southern edge of this beautiful market town, the site is allocated in the Test Valley Local Plan for a major mixed-use development including around 1,100 dwellings. An outline planning application is currently being considered by the Council and is likely to go to Planning Committee during Summer 2023. Detailed applications for each phase will then follow and further public consultation will be held in respect of those. A site start remains a few years away.
